White Wines

No. 1House

Tempo Passa Pinot Grigio

Italy

175ml£5.60
250ml£6.80
Bottle£18.00

Fresh, dry and delicate. Soft white blossom and citrus zest open to a cool stone-fruit core — pear, white peach — with a clean, lemony lift on the finish. A versatile, easy-drinking aperitif white.

No. 2House · Unoaked

False Bay "Crystalline" Chardonnay

South Africa

175ml£5.60
250ml£6.60
Bottle£18.00

A serious unoaked Chardonnay — pure, mineral and gently textured. Wild-yeast fermentation and lees ageing give a creamy mid-palate of orchard fruit, lemon curd and a flinty, almost saline finish. Refreshing without being austere.

No. 3House

Secret Coast Sauvignon Blanc

New Zealand

175ml£5.60
250ml£6.60
Bottle£18.00

Crisp, dry and aromatic. Vibrant grapefruit, passionfruit and gooseberry leap from the glass, with a fresh-cut grass note and a zesty, mouth-watering finish. The wine for fresh herbs and bright sauces.

No. 4

Pisano "Cisplatino" Albarino, Progreso

Uruguay

Bottle£29.50
Bottle only

Unoaked, refreshing and saline-mineral. Ripe pear, melon and apricot are wrapped in white blossom, a twist of lemon zest, and a rounded, lees-derived texture. A coastal-feeling white that adores seafood and gentle spice.

No. 5Recommended

Anton Finkenauer Riesling Trocken, Kreuznacher

Nahe, Germany

Bottle£28.00
Bottle only

Young, dry, streamlined Nahe Riesling — green apple, lime and white peach over a slatey, mineral spine. A delicate spritz keeps it lifted. Razor-sharp acidity makes this the wine for chilli heat.
